Our dynamic and human-sized team is eager to count you in its ranks to support its great growth over the past two years.Major duties and responsibilities include:Track & follow up daily, weekly & monthly stores visits.Management of the merchandising team across the country.Collection and analysis of data, preparation of monthly reports.Critical problem solving and organization of tasks between departments for project execution.Tracking and analyzing store shipments to ensure product is properly received.Understanding and relaying feedback from the front line to improve internal procedures.Proactive approaches to eliminate problematic trendsProduce and Review Postmortem Reports in a timely mannerCreation of operational plans and directives and provide support to ensure proper execution.Administrative tasks: managing emails and requests, filing files, sending, and creating related media.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in either Commerce/ Supply-Chain management/Administration/FashionMust have 3-4 years in retail operationsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and ExcelStrong organizational, research and analytical skillsMust be detailed oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and basic French both spoken and writtenTraveling within 3 times a yearPourquoi devenir membre de la famille Rand Accessories?Coordinateur des opérations de détail (U.S)Rejoignez Rand Accessories, une filiale de Rand Frères, une entreprise de renommée internationale fondée en 1897. Notre équipe dynamique et à taille humaine a hâte de vous compter dans ses rangs pour accompagner sa belle croissance au cours des deux dernières années.Les principales tâches et responsabilités sont les suivantesAssurer le suivi des visites quotidiennes, hebdomadaires et mensuelles des magasins.Gestion de l'équipe de merchandising dans tout le pays.Collecte et analyse des données, préparation des rapports mensuels.Résolution de problèmes critiques et organisation des tâches entre les départements pour l'exécution des projets.Suivi et analyse des expéditions des magasins pour s'assurer que les produits sont correctement reçus.Compréhension et transmission du retour d'information de la première ligne afin d'améliorer les procédures internes.Approches proactives pour éliminer les tendances problématiquesProduire et examiner les rapports post-mortem dans les délais impartis.Créer des plans opérationnels et des directives et fournir un soutien pour assurer une exécution correcte.Tâches administratives : gestion des courriels et des demandes, classement des dossiers, envoi et création de supports connexes.ExigencesLicence en commerce, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, administration ou mode.Doit avoir 3 à 4 ans d'expérience dans le commerce de détailBonne connaissance de Microsoft Office et d'ExcelSolides compétences en matière d'organisation, de recherche et d'analyseLe candidat doit avoir le souci du détail, être proactif et capable de respecter les délais.Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français de base.Déplacements (3 fois par an).
