Job Description

Gandy Installations is a well-established company with 65 years of experience in the HVAC industry, and we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant at Gandy Installations, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our team of HVAC professionals
  • Attending and contributing to team meetings
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • Coordinating and communicating with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting with job opening and closing procedure
  • Assessing situations, troubleshooting and pro-actively finding solutions as issues arise
  • Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, cooperative environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong math and logic skills
  • Proficiency with Office 365
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is an asset, but not required
