About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources and recruitment functions of our organization. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask. The HR and Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment processes and contribute to the overall success of our HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date applicant tracking system.
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork.
HR Administration:
- Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and handling documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
- Foster positive employee relations by providing support and guidance as needed.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports and documentation.
Data Analysis:
- Compile and analyze HR data to generate reports for management review.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High proficiency in English
- Proven experience in HR coordination andrecruitment for Translation/Localization Companies.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications
