Job Summary

The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, which includes engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities including supporting lululemon product seeding and attending local studios. They develop and sustain local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant and influential community partners providing synergistic value. The Community Specialist also delivers a world-class guest (i.e., customer) experience when working on the floor in the store, bringing their community perspective into the guest connection.

Core Responsibilities of the Job

  1. Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy, through the pillars of community foundations, and guest experience to life.
  2. Establish and manage local key relationships (e.g., Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, lululemon Studio partner studios) to increase new guest acquisition and guest retention.
  3. Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and to increase the store’s standing as a community hub.
  4. Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
  5. Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
  6. Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
  7. Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights and recommendations with store leadership regarding Community events, projects, or initiatives.
  8. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive, productive, and fun experience for all team members.

Eligibility

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
  • Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
Schedule/Availability

  • The work schedule can vary based on store needs
  • Shifts are typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • In addition, during peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for some employees
Experience

  • 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
Job Assets (i.e., nice to have; not required)

  • Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
  • Experience (not necessarily the focus of a role): building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members to accomplish goals or activities

Compensation & Benefits Package

Our community specialist base pay ranges from $19.25-$22.14/hour with a target bonus of an additional $3 per hour , bringing our total hourly target compensation range between $22.25 - $25.14 , depending on location and level of experience. Le ou la spécialiste de la communauté fournit également une expérience-invité (c.-à-d. expérience-client) de classe mondiale quand il ou elle doit travailler sur le plancher du magasin tout en incorporant sa perspective communautaire à la relation avec les invités.

Principales responsabilités liées au poste

  1. Collabore avec l’équipe de gestion du magasin pour donner vie à la stratégie communautaire (par l’intermédiaire des piliers des fondations communautaires) et l’expérience-invité.
  2. Gère et entretient des relations clés (p. ex. avec des ambassadeurs, des membres du programme Sweat Collective, des propriétaires de studio ou des studios partenaires lululemon Studio) pour augmenter l’acquisition d’invités et la fidélisation.
  3. Interagit avec la communauté locale pour découvrir de futurs ambassadeurs ou partenaires et améliorer la réputation du magasin à titre de hub communautaire.
  4. Communique avec les invités sur le plancher pour évaluer leurs besoins uniques, offre de l’éducation technique sur les produits et intègre les programmes multiplateformes à une expérience-invité harmonieuse du début à la fin.
  5. Participe à des événements communautaires locaux et régionaux, les soutient et/ou en organise.
  6. Exécute la stratégie de marketing d’influence par l’intermédiaire des partenaires et ambassadeurs communautaires.
  7. Évalue les données et indicateurs commerciaux relatifs à la communauté pour trouver et donner des informations ou des recommandations à l’équipe de gestion du magasin en lien avec les événements, les projets ou les initiatives communautaires.
  8. Favorise un environnement d’équipe respectueux et inclusif en accueillant et en célébrant les différences afin de garantir une expérience favorable, productive et amusante pour tous les membres de l’équipe.

Horaire et disponibilité

  • L’horaire de travail peut varier en fonction des besoins du magasin.
  • Les quarts de travail ont normalement lieu les matins, les après-midi, les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
  • De plus, pendant les périodes achalandées, les événements spéciaux ou d’autres circonstances, l’horaire de certains employés peut inclure des petits matins ou des soirées tardives/des nuits complètes.
Expérience

  • Un an d’expérience cumulative en service à la clientèle ou en engagement client, en marketing local, en engagement de la marque ou en développement communautaire.

Rémunération et avantages sociaux

Notre salaire de base pour le poste de spécialiste de la communauté varie de 19 .25 $ à 22.14 $ l’heure avec une prime cible supplémentaire de 3 $ l’heure , ce qui porte notre rémunération cible totale à une plage de 22.25 $ à 25.14 $ l’heure , selon l’endroit et le niveau d’expérience.
