We're Hiring: Account Executive – Mid-Market B2B Sales
Are you a hunter by nature, with a track record of driving net new B2B sales ? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can build strong relationships and offer innovative solutions ?
Our client is looking for a talented Account Executive to join their sales team and lead new customer acquisition , while also managing a select number of existing accounts to ensure continued growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who is proactive, strategic, and motivated to close deals and drive revenue .
What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing —in a designated territory
Develop and execute business plans to exceed revenue targets
Drive new business through networking, research, and outbound sales
Maintain and grow select existing client accounts , identifying upsell opportunities
Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Maintain accurate forecasting and sales pipeline management
What You Bring:
3+ years of B2B acquisition sales experience (hunter mentality required)
Proven ability to prospect and win new business , with some experience managing existing accounts
Strong consultative selling skills—focused on value, not just price
Customer-first mindset and excellent relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area
Experience in telecom or technology sales is a plus
