The Provincial Population & Public Health, Communicable Disease Control Program (CDC) is currently recruiting an Administrative Support IV position to support the CDC program. Administrative support duties include: providing administrative support to team members within an assigned area of the CDC program; calendar management, scheduling and rotation support; meeting preparations and support; arrange and organize equipment for new staff, arrange for necessary training and accesses; receiving and processing notifiable disease laboratory reports and outbreak data, inputting data into various information systems and databases, reviewing data for quality assurance standards; performing timekeeping/payroll data entry and following up on discrepancies and inquiries related to timekeeping. Successful candidates must be able to work on site and in person on rotation to your assigned CDC office.
As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Additional Required Qualifications: Communicable Disease Control (CDC) Administrative Support program experience of at least one year within the last 2 years (notifiable disease, outbreak reporting, and/or immunization administrative support). Demonstrated advanced experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Teams, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Excel, specifically utilizing formulas, pivot tables and manipulating data in a fast-paced professional environment.
