**PURPOSE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet clients upon arrival and provide the NEA Medical Aesthetic Clinic experience through excellent customer service
- Go above and beyond to meet client expectations
- Support doctors and other health care professionals by performing necessary administrative tasks and minor medical duties, such as payroll, inventory
- Insurance verification and billing
- Perform appointment bookings, reminder and follow-up calls.
- Answer online customer inquiries, focus on social media platforms
- Manage client referrals and patient information database
- Accept client payments in a professional and confidential manner
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Educate customers on products and services provided by the clinic
- Perform other duties as requested by management and supervisory team

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- MOA certification from an accredited institution
- 1+ years of proven clerical or customer service work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings
- Possesses excellent time-management skills
- Medical Aesthetician skills will be an asset
