Basé à Montréal, le représentant technique des ventes internes fournit un haut niveau de soutien national et régional dans la vente des gammes de produits aux clients internes et externes. Assure un service client systématique et consciencieux en mettant l’accent sur l’intégralité du cycle de vente. Conduit principal entre les clients et les ventes techniques externes ainsi que d'autres fonctions départementales, notamment le coordonnateur des ventes, la logistique, les centres de production, le service, la comptabilité et la gestion des produits. Suit systématiquement les processus pour atteindre avec succès les objectifs des indicateurs de processus définis.

Votre nouveau poste

  • Traitement de toutes les demandes des clients reçues, en mettant l'accent sur les ventes pour développer davantage les demandes des clients.
  • Conseiller le client sur la bonne application des produits
  • Préparation des devis dans les délais
  • Suivi des devis, avec un focus sur la clôture de la Commande
  • Examen des bons de commande des clients avant le traitement des commandes
  • Préparation des dessins dimensionnels et de câblage selon les exigences du client
  • Préparation et soumission au client de tout autre matériel demandé
  • Recueillir les commentaires des fonctions/réseaux de support, c'est-à-dire
  • : gestion des produits, support des applications, ventes externes ou service, pour satisfaire pleinement les besoins des clients.
  • Intégration de campagnes ou d'initiatives commerciales dans les offres de workflow de vente et de devis client.
  • Responsable de répondre aux attentes des indicateurs de processus (PI) pour les activités du cycle de vente (suivi des devis, initiatives, gestion des outils de reporting pour les PI)

Les qualifications demandées

  • Formation technique postsecondaire, de préférence en instrumentation, contrôle de processus, automatisation ou ingénierie.
  • 2-3 ans d'expérience en vente interne dans le domaine de l'instrumentation ou un rôle similaire sont souhaités
  • Excellentes compétences en communication pour bien travailler avec des individus et des groupes divers ainsi qu'avec des clients internes et externes
  • Démontre une attitude positive envers le changement
  • Soutient le travail d'équipe et l'esprit d'équipe
  • S'assure que le point de vue du client est une force motrice derrière les décisions et les activités commerciales
  • S'identifie aux tâches et est motivé
  • Capacité à bien travailler sous pression et dans des délais serrés
