Provide vehicle configuration reports as required• Coordinate resolution of field problem issues with the Field Management, Support Services and Engineering teams• Assist in coordination of retrofit activities• Track and coordinate the notification of obsolescence issues to customers• Maintain program trade compliance records and coordinate authorization application documentation• Maintain work orders to reflect approved budgets and schedule• Coordinate material and deliverable shipments. Maintain material shipping records• Assist in preparing documents for contract deliverables and manage tracking and reporting• Assist in coordinating Integrated Product Team meetings• Assist in development and management of program metrics and reporting• Assist in the development and coordination of bid and proposal documents• Assist in Continuous Improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications:• University degree or college diploma in Arts, Social Sciences, Program or Business Management or a technical field• Experience drafting business correspondence and delivering presentations• A professional business demeanor focused on customer and stakeholder satisfaction• Demonstrated initiative and results oriented behaviour• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, tasks and schedules• Strong oral and written communication• Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work as part of a team• Strong computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)Preferred Qualifications:• Technical knowledge• Oral and written communications in Arabic
