Join our team AGR Rebar is currently seeking a crane operator. What we offer : Competitive salary starting at $20.72/hour with salary increases based on months worked ( $22.90/hour after 3-12 months, $25.08/hour after 12-24 months, $26.17/hour after 25-35 months, and $27.25/hour after 36+ months). Evening premium of $1.00/h, if applicable for this position; Full insurance coverage (health, dental, and vision) after the probationary period; Group RRSP with a $1.25 per hour employer contribution after the probationary period; Paid vacation, including 10 paid holidays; $200 per year for equipment allowance, based on your position; Telemedicine program and employee assistance program; Physical activity reimbursement of $600 per year to promote health and well-being. Main Responsibilities: Oversee threading, accessories and inventory items Ensure all ASA production procedures are followed Assist team leaders in organizing the threading & invetory schedules as per customer needs Report any short items (cleaning stuff or PPE) immediately to supervisor Fabricating the rebars on threading machines with minimum waiting time Ensure product quality and productivity, ensure on-time production Other duties as assigned About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience. 1-2 years of experience in a similar inventory role; Willingness and capacity to work outside in varying weather conditions, and perform physical work; Good communication skills, Multi-tasking and a strong capacity for teamwork.
