Job Duties:

  • Organize and plan Dealer Trades together with the Sales Managers.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team & Finance Department for regular updates to customers on incoming units.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by management.
  • Preparing reports Like Incoming Units, on-ground vehicle etc.
  • Ordering New Vehicle with Sales Manager.
  • Weekly Traffic log Every Friday.
  • Complete licensing new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Forward the information required to issue the cheques to the Accounting Department.
  • Forward information required to invoice the Dealer Trades to accounting.
  • System (DMS) Manage vehicle inventory in the DMS.
  • Participate in stocking vehicles and information into the Dealership Management.

Successful Candidates Possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Dealership or automotive experience is required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM or DMS systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack)
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
  • Customer service-oriented with a team-first attitude
