**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism, providing excellent customer support and directing inquiries as necessary.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents to ensure an orderly office environment.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Support the dental receptionist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records when needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an office or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
