Position Summary: The Director of Land Development will report to the Vice President, Development & Operations and be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of land development projects for the site. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in real estate development, land use planning, and project management. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams, to ensure the successful planning and execution of land development projects for the site.Qualifications:Master's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Someone who has worked on the municipal side and development side. Ideally – Urban Planning, civil engineering is a hard sell.Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in land development and planning, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Strong background in project management, planning side, application management, bigger consulting management projects, rather than typical construction project management.
