Project Manager - British Columbia Land Surveyor

Are you a licensed Land Surveyor looking for a challenging role where you can lead by example, share your expertise, and implement change? Our experienced and collaborative BC Geomatics team is seeking a talented British Columbia Land Surveyor to act as a Project Manager located in Fort St.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide exceptional client service while maintaining and improving the work environment within the GeoVerra Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver quality work on time and on budget.
  • Monitor project and team performance, forecasting project outcomes and adjusting as necessary to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Manage client expectations, scope creep, and scope changes through active communication.
  • Identify and resolve client, project, and/or team issues.
  • Ensure Quality, safety, legislation, and industry standards are met or exceeded.
  • Foster a high-performance environment, mentoring and supporting the development of self and project team members.
  • Will travel to sites as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Geomatics Engineering Technology, B.Sc. in Geomatics.
  • ~ 3+ years of previous project management experience with demonstrated success in managing: Client Expectations, Scope, Budget / Forecast, Schedule, and Quality.
  • Effective time management and strong organizational skills while working to project deadlines.
  • Flexible workplace program to suit your needs and the opportunity to work remotely.
