Project Manager and Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager and Land Surveyor to join our GeoVerra team in Fort St. John, British Columbia. As a key member of our BC Geomatics team, you will be responsible for leading project teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client expectations, scope creep, and scope changes through active communication
  • Monitor project and team performance, forecasting project outcomes and adjusting as necessary to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Ensure Quality, safety, legislation, and industry standards are met or exceeded
  • Mentor and support the development of self and project team members
  • Willingsness and ability to travel to sites
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Geomatics Engineering Technology, B.Sc. in Geomatics
  • ~ 3+ years of previous project management experience with demonstrated success in managing: Client Expectations, Scope, Budget / Forecast, Schedule, and Quality
  • Effective time management and strong organizational skills while working to project deadlines
