You are the first point of contact for customers calling in to receive inside sales support. You develop relationships with customers by fielding customer calls, entering orders, responding to any questions, and quickly resolving any issues or problems.As an Account Representative, you will use your customer focus and sound business acumen to:Drive sales with current and prospective account base, by developing and maintaining positive customer relationshipsFielding continuous calls from customers and data entry; multitasking and leveraging multiple types of source documentsProvide price quotes to customers and coordinate with the onsite production department to facilitate the movement of sales through to productionCollaborate within cross-functional teams; act as a liaison between operations functions and customers to manage expectations on delivery schedules and order fulfillmentMaintain and keep current detailed records, reports, and customer dataHow You’ll SucceedCustomer Focused – Provide exceptional customer service, by focusing on the customer experience and engaging in meaningful interactionsProduct Knowledge - Deeply understand our client’s product lines and products. Effectively answer any questions concerning products and ensure customers are connected to the right people and opportunitiesProblem Solving – Listen, ask questions, understand customers’ needs, and provide the best options.
