National Account Manager

Our client is looking to hire a National Account Manager with experience selling in the hospitality industry.
Role Responsibilities:
- Setting team sales targets and ensuring they are achieved
- Managing of the sales team
- Training, motivating and mentoring team members
- Recruiting, documentation and termination of sales team members
- Develop and maintain a close and strong relationship with sales team
- Daily reporting of sales teams progress
- Distribution of daily sales leads
- Developing marketing materials and sales strategies
- Team is following company standards and procedures
- Generating your own revenue and meeting monthly sales targets
- Visiting existing customers and developing strong relationships
- Cold calling potential new customers with regular follow ups
- Setting up appointments with key decision makers
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
- Customer retention
- Daily updates on customer interactions and visits
- Submitting new customer service agreements
What you need:
- 3 years plus sales management experience
- Experience in increasing revenues and new accounts
- Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills
- Strong presentation and closing skills
- Planning and forecasting
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Being able to use Google forms and sheets
