Our client is looking to hire a National Account Manager with experience selling in the hospitality industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Setting team sales targets and ensuring they are achieved
  • Managing of the sales team
  • Training, motivating and mentoring team members
  • Recruiting, documentation and termination of sales team members
  • Develop and maintain a close and strong relationship with sales team
  • Daily reporting of sales teams progress
  • Distribution of daily sales leads
  • Developing marketing materials and sales strategies
  • Team is following company standards and procedures
  • Generating your own revenue and meeting monthly sales targets
  • Visiting existing customers and developing strong relationships
  • Cold calling potential new customers with regular follow ups
  • Setting up appointments with key decision makers
  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
  • Customer retention
  • Daily updates on customer interactions and visits
  • Submitting new customer service agreements

What you need:

  • 3 years plus sales management experience
  • Experience in increasing revenues and new accounts
  • Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and closing skills
  • Planning and forecasting
  • Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Being able to use Google forms and sheets
