**What will you work on?**

Seeking a detail-oriented and professional National Account Manager with a proven ability to formulate sound business plans, maximize opportunities, manage risk, deliver on profitability goals, develop effective long-term business relationships and exceed customer expectations.

**How will you create impact?**
- Developing bi-annual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs
- Own the sell-in of new SKUs bi-annually to meet business objectives
- Deliver product presentations, business proposals and ad plans to customers on time
- Timely and accurate set up of new items and maintenance of existing items
- Work with support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities; update forecasts as required, at minimum on a monthly basis
- Weekly review and reporting of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved, adjust plans as necessary
- Work with team analyst on ad hoc business analyst as needed, both for internal and external stakeholders
- Analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk
- Clear and efficient communication with customers; fast solutions to challenges
- Secure retailer-specific marketing opportunities, including digital weekly ads, out-of-aisle displays, and major seasonal events (Easter, Black Friday, Holiday)

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 plus years’ national sales and account management experience
- Retail, Consumer Product Goods experience preferred
- Demonstrated success managing a business portfolio of account(s)
- Strong knowledge of financial metrics and analysis
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with retailer-specific reporting systems an asset
