About the Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to spearhead my clients talent acquisition efforts and build strong, collaborative relationships with our business leaders. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent that aligns with our company's vision and goals. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the professional and financial services industries, coupled with a passion for strategic partnership and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape to ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent through various channels.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects our company's values.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting the company's culture and values.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the professional services or financial services industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software, HRIS systems, and other technology tools to streamline the talent acquisition process.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
