The Rideau Hall Foundation (RHF) is an independent and nonpartisan charitable organization established in 2012 to amplify the impact of the office of the Governor General as a central institution of Canadian democracy, and to better serve Canadians through a range of initiatives linked to learning, leadership, giving and innovation. Today the RHF has become a nation-building charity: a catalytic platform to connect people, causes and organizations which – while they will exist for differing purposes – share a common belief in and commitment to the potential of Canada. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Impact Officer at the Rideau Hall Foundation (RHF) oversees the strategic development and superlative execution of all programming, ensuring alignment with RHF's vision and strategy. They build and steward effective relationships with stakeholders, including the senior leadership team, board of directors, committees, partners, and funders. The Chief Impact Officer helps to ensure that the sum of the RHF whole is greater than its extraordinary parts, while promoting a culture of support and inclusiveness, and by demonstrating a commitment to high-quality, transparency, and accountability.
