Sommaire de l'emploi : L'équipe de Logistique globale est à la recherche d'un Spécialiste en douane pour aider à renforcer la conformité des importations canadiennes et américaines de GDI. En tant que spécialiste du groupe des douanes, vous serez une ressource interne capable de gérer la conformité quotidienne au Canada et aux États-Unis, d'assurer le dédouanement dans les délais, de coordonner les déclarations mensuelles de ristourne de droits et d'autres activités passionnantes et engageantes. Responsabilités :- Revoir tous les documents d'importation afin de certifier que GDI reste conforme en matière de classification, d'évaluation, d'origine, d'accords de libre-échange, de documentation et de tenue de registres;
- Organiser le dédouanement des échantillons des designers en aidant à remplir une facture de douane et, parfois, en demandant au courtier en douane de rencontrer les acheteurs à l'aéroport pour un dédouanement sur place;
- Suivre en temps réel des dédouanements en attente, l'établissement des priorités en fonction des urgences et la prise de mesures avec les courtiers, l'ASFC et le CBP pour obtenir la mainlevée des douanes;
- Approuver et attribuer un code HS canadien et américain à tous les nouveaux produits;
- Veiller à ce que les formulaires supplémentaires requis soient consignés au dossier et partagés avec le courtier en douane (certificat du test de la bille, déclaration sur les chaussures, etc.);
- Vérifier ponctuellement (aux deux semaines) les déclarations douanières B3 et 7501;
- Aligner la plateforme de notre courtier avec nos systèmes internes (Oracle, Bamboo Rose);
- Résoudre les problèmes de valeur et de description de produit avec les équipes d'Approvisionnement et de Gestion de produit;
- Récupérer la documentation manquante avec notre groupe de fournisseurs de produits finis et demander les amendements au formulaire B2/correction post-entrée;.
- Traiter mensuellement les demandes de remboursement de droits de douane;
- Préparer les carnets ATA pour les séances photo;
- Récupérer, valider, approuver et classer les déclarations en douane 7501;
- Approuver et classer les factures de services des courtiers en douane.
- Baccalauréat, certificat, DEC ou AEC en Finance/Administration des affaires, en Transport ou en Chaîne d'approvisionnement;
- Certification de l'ATIC, un atout;
- Certificat de la Société canadienne des courtiers en douane, certificat professionnel de la Société canadienne des courtiers en douane ou titre de Spécialiste en douane agréé, un atout;
- De 3 à 5 ans d'expérience requise en courtage en douane, importation/exportation, fonctions d'expédition et administration de transport de marchandises;
- Excellente connaissance technique de la classification des biens dans le cadre des lois et règlements du HTS et des douanes américaines en matière de vêtements pour femmes; Habileté prouvée en ce qui a trait à l'application de la réglementation douanière;
- Connaissance des règles appliquées par d'autres organismes gouvernementaux (FDA, USDA, CPSC, FCC, Fish and Wildlife, etc.), un atout
- Connaissance des règles d'antidumping;
- Bonne connaissance de la géographie mondiale et de la documentation d'importation;
- Solides aptitudes en communication orale et écrite en anglais; la connaissance du français est un atout certain; Aptitudes techniques
- Excellentes aptitudes en informatique avec Microsoft Windows (habileté à synthétiser des données);
- Aptitude pour le multitâche et l'atteinte d'objectifs dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement;
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication;
- Souci du détail;
- Solides aptitudes organisationnelles et en planification;
- Expérience dans l'industrie ou connaissance de l'industrie.
