Sous la direction du directeur des ressources humaines, le partenaire d'affaires en ressources humaines (HRBP), Personnes et culture, travaille en tant que partenaire strategique et conseiller interne aupres des unites d'affaires designees afin de mener des initiatives qui ont un impact sur l'engagement des employes, l'efficacite organisationnelle, la gestion des talents, les relations avec les employes/travailleurs, la performance, l'efficacite operationnelle et la culture. En tant que conseiller de confiance, le HRBP accompagne et conseille les dirigeants sur les solutions en matiere de ressources humaines qui contribuent aux objectifs globaux de l'unite commerciale et favorisent un environnement de travail performant et engage.

RESPONSABILITES
Les responsabilites de ce poste sont les suivantes (liste non exhaustive) :
  • Collaborer avec les dirigeants afin d'identifier et de comprendre les questions strategiques liees aux ressources humaines propres a l'unite d'affaires et fournir des conseils et une expertise pour elaborer des strategies, des solutions et des actions a court et a long terme qui soutiennent la realisation des objectifs de l'entreprise et de l'organisation.
  • Agir en tant que conseiller en fournissant des conseils et/ou un encadrement sur des questions confidentielles et complexes en matiere de RH.
  • Participe a l'execution et a la gestion de divers programmes dans les domaines de l'engagement et de la fidelisation des employes, de la gestion des talents, de la planification de la releve, de la gestion du rendement, des recompenses, de la reconnaissance et de la remuneration.
  • Mener des enquetes et resoudre les problemes et les plaintes sensibles des employes.
  • Participe aux negociations syndicales en vue d'un reglement mutuel.
  • Diriger et/ou participer a des projets cles du personnel qui soutiennent les objectifs de l'entreprise ; promouvoir le changement en s'associant aux chefs d'entreprise pour elaborer des plans de communication et d'action opportuns.
  • Favorise une culture d'inclusion en mettant l'accent sur l'engagement des employes, la diversite et les programmes d'inclusion.
  • Elaborer des strategies pour accroitre la retention des talents, identifier les meilleurs elements et elaborer des strategies pour des plans de retention appropries.
  • Utiliser les donnees pour mesurer et gerer les indicateurs de performance cles (chiffre d'affaires, engagement, etc.) ; analyser les tendances et developper des actions proactives pour soutenir davantage les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Gerer des projets specifiques determines par l'equipe de direction des RH et participer a des initiatives fonctionnelles et interfonctionnelles. Travailler avec l'equipe des operations et de la gestion des risques pour gerer les demandes d'indemnisation de la CAT et de la CSPAAT et participer au processus de retour au travail en veillant a ce que les employes retrouvent en toute securite leur emploi anterieur a l'accident.
  • Faciliter l'evaluation des emplois avec les chefs d'entreprise pour assurer la coherence et l'equite.
  • Engager conseiller juridique pour assurer la conformite juridique dans des domaines tels que (ex. lettres de mise en demeure, poursuites judiciaires, plaintes aupres de la commission des relations de travail, plaintes pour discrimination, etc.)
  • Veille a la conformite avec les lois canadiennes du travail
  • Se tenir au courant des nouvelles tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matiere de RH.


LE CANDIDAT IDEAL:

  • Baccalaureat en ressources humaines ou equivalent postsecondaire connexe ; SHRM/CPHR ou autre certification professionnelle connexe est un atout.
  • Minimum de 5 a 7 ans d'experience pertinente en ressources humaines.
  • Solide connaissance de toutes les disciplines des RH, y compris la gestion du rendement, les relations avec les employes/travailleurs, l'engagement des employes, la gestion des talents et la remuneration.
  • Competences averees en matiere de leadership, d'encadrement et d'influence a tous les niveaux et dans toutes les fonctions.
  • Vous avez une vision globale et une approche innovante et creative.
  • Solides competences en matiere de consultation, d'influence et de negociation
  • Capacite a gerer l'ambiguite et a trouver des solutions creatives.
  • Capacite de reflexion analytique et de resolution de problemes
  • Collaborateur, proactif et oriente vers les resultats
  • Excellentes competences en communication, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit
  • Maitrise avancee de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience de travail dans un environnement syndique
  • Competences exceptionnelles en matiere de service a la clientele
  • Maitrise du francais (ecrit et parle) requise.
