Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Support operational processes across all areas of HR, including Total Reward programs, employee benefits, employee leaves, pension, compensation, position management, recruitment, and various other employee programs.
  2. Contribute to HR-specific projects as needed to enhance the overall employee experience.
  3. Provide essential support to maximize efficiency, productivity, and service within Human Resources.

Duties
  1. Report to the Manager, HR Operations.
  2. Provide administrative support in the annual Salary Administration process.
  3. Support the Compensation Specialist in completing third-party surveys.
  4. Maintain an ongoing inventory of job families and roles.
  5. Collaborate with the Compensation Specialist on Job Profiles for all roles.
  6. Provide support and education on benefit and pension queries.
  7. Actively participate in the Benefits Open enrollment process.
  8. Support the Benefits and Pension Advisor with various tasks.
  9. Ensure strict adherence to critical deadlines for HR processes and projects.
  10. Generate and maintain employee letters, documentation, and reports.
  11. Participate in various Human Resources projects.
Requirements

You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources. Bonus points if you have a CPHR, SHRM, CCP or CEBS designation. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Total Rewards, benefits, and pension administration. Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, initiative, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
