Sales Manager


Our client is searching for a Sales Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and providing innovative and entrepreneurial sales and marketing leadership to foster the expansion of the company’s business. A successful candidate will steer the direction and execution of a robust sales and marketing strategy, facilitating the achievement of growth targets while enhancing market presence. Ensure that sales objectives are consistently met
Establish a sales cadence with relevant KPIs
Monitor and report on group performance
Recruit, train and cross-train sales professionals to support the company’s growth
Establish a transparent compensation model for the sales staff, driving activity management, revenue generation, profitability and customer acquisition and retention
Build the company presence through website, social media, and other marketing tools
Create account plans and provide guidance to team members in crafting account plans when necessary
Take an active, hands on role in leading and participating in sales activities
Analyze market territory competition and industry trends
Establish revenue targets, participate in the budgeting process, and ensure the implementation of appropriate sales reporting procedures
Utilize an established network of executives in the industry and within related industries to expand the company’s presence, foster relationships, and drive sales growth
Proven track record in driving growth through increased market exposure
Understanding of foundation construction principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems
Technical capacity
