We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive - Canada and North America, to join our team and play a vital role in shaping our company's growth and success.You will most certainly have experience and ideally a valuable network in the hosting industry in order to grow and take ownership of our Canada and North America sales. As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the company's (billing) growth in the assigned territory and fostering both direct and indirect sales channels. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong team player with a proven track record in the cyber security industry. This role reports to the Director of Sales for the Americas region.Key Responsibilities:Assume full responsibility for the territory target in the assigned region, develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets, and manage budgeting and financial forecasting for salesImplement and execute strategic sales plans resulting in consistent growth in both direct and indirect sales channelsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, leading to increased market penetration and revenue diversificationEffectively manage both direct sales efforts and channel partnerships to expand market reach and maximize sales opportunitiesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholdersIdentify and frequently visit industry events to generate leads and pick up trends in the marketCollaborate seamlessly with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings, providing feedback to enhance product developmentEnter and maintain all records in BotGuard`s CRM (Hubspot)Essential Skills & Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales roles (or product/project management roles) within the cyber security software industry/sales to hosting industry companies.Great command of both written and spoken English and FrenchComfortable working in a start-up environmentProven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.Tactical thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive market.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Self-motivated individual contributor who can also excel as a team player.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel as needed.Enjoy working at events to generate sales qualified leads.We are striving to create a diverse and inclusive environment.
