We are looking for French bilingual CSRs to work as Reservation Agents in Guelph This is an in-office position where you work with a fun and exciting team You will play a crucial role in directly assisting the public with reservations and addressing a variety of related questions.

Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with reservations and inquiries in both English and French.
– Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly and empathetic manner.
– Utilize computer systems and learn new software quickly.
– Think on your feet to address customer concerns and needs effectively.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
– Professional oral and written language skills in both English and French.
– Friendly demeanor and excellent listening skills.
– Patience in understanding and assisting customers with their needs.
– Tactfulness and pleasant communication style.
– A natural knack for computers and quick learning of new software.
– 1 year of experience providing top-notch customer service to the public.
– Call center experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Other Details:
Hours of Operation: 7 AM – 10 PM, 7 days a week.
After training, expect to be scheduled 10-15 hours per week until call volumes increase.
End of Contract Date: October 13, 2024
Rate of Pay: Starting at $18.50/hour with a $1.00/hour End of Contract Bonus.
