You are a strong self-starter that is passionate about selling and driven by the opportunity to have high earning potential based on your sales performance.
Sales Support Objectives:
Respond to and qualify incoming web free trial passes as well as phone inquiries
Provide new customers with an amazing experience and first impression, what we call the Wynn Difference
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up to increase customer interest in our facility and programs
Achieve monthly sales quota and ancillary sale conversions
Represent Wynn Fitness at Corporate, Outreach and Community Events
Free Wynn Fitness gym membership included
Company paid training and education
High income potential with commissionable sales
Ability to work evenings, some Saturdays and every Sunday, weekly shift will be Sunday to Thursday
Excellent communication and computer skills
A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Strong lead generation skills including outbound telemarketing calls, outreach, customer referrals etc. Ability to generate approximately 6 appointments for each work shift.
Ability to identify customer needs and deliver sales presentation to meet needs and close the sale.
Results-oriented, organized, thinks outside of the box, creative ways of selling, presentation and sales training skills.
