About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Sun Design & Construction Inc. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for soliciting sales and selling goods or services to customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit sales and sell goods or services to customers in the field
  • Show and describe goods or services to customers
  • Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities
  • Arrange sales demonstration appointments with potential customers
  • Deliver goods to customers and record their orders
  • Contact potential customers by phone to discuss their needs and provide customer service
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and reliability are essential
  • Proficiency in word processing software, database software, and spreadsheet software is required
  • Internet skills are necessary for market research and customer communication
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, and you will be required to work 25 to 40 hours per week.

Compensation

You will be eligible for a commission-based salary and will be working on a temporary basis.

Language

The primary language of this role is English.
