Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Beacon Building Products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and lead generation using various tools and resources
- Sales and account management, including face-to-face selling and phone sales
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborating with internal teams, including inside sales and marketing, to achieve sales goals
- Participating in industry-related organizations to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices
- Strong sales and presentation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and high level of ambition
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of commercial construction specifications
- Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
