Reporting to the General Manager, the Process/Production Engineer will be responsible for improving and optimizing the production process and making sure we deliver a quality product to our customers.

Develop methods and plans to improve manufacturing and maintenance operations
Implement quality control procedures and methods of waste reduction
Oversee all production, shipping, inventory, and maintenance issues
Identify training needs and conduct or authorize training
Meet daily with the IT team to improve process automation
Schedule, delegate, and ensure plant and equipment maintenance. Plan, organize and direct manufacturing and maintenance operations to ensure the most effective return on assets
Revise and submit management and performance related to the areas of responsibilities
Oversee pre-production process and scrap and remnants reduction
Ensure that machines, trucks, trailers, forklifts, plant, yard, and office are in good condition and that all hauling equipment is roadworthy
Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or equivalent
~3 to 5 years of experience in a production engineer role
