An insolvency firm in North York is hiring an Insolvency Marketing and Business Development Representative.
Position SummaryThe Insolvency Marketing and Business Development Representative will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from potential new clients that will require selling capability and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities- Develop personal insolvency practice
- Develop sources of referred work and build company’s presence and brand
- Plan, design and deliver marketing and advertising plan
- Build positive working relationship with debtors, referral sources, the Office of the Superintendent (OSB), CRA and local financial and accounting professionals
- Ensure that our service offerings fit the client’s needs, while selling the benefits of their services and dealing empathetically with the client
- Promote a strong working relationship with team members to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
- Provide prompt response and solutions for the satisfaction of clients by monitoring the queue and tracking inbound calls
- Develop, maintain and apply the learned knowledge of our specialized industry
- Keep team members aware of inbound calls, calls waiting, abandonment rate etc. and encourage them through positive communication and feedback
- Communicate via email and text to potential clients
- Achievement of company and team goals
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Sound judgement and analysis to arrive at recommendations or conclusions
Team leadership experience
Ability to work independently as well as within a team/group, providing professional advice or direction to other employees as necessary
Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills according to unique situations
Strong relationship building skills, able to manage multiple relationships
Detail oriented, highly organized and strong prioritizing skills
Strong work ethics integrity and committed
Highly motivated with a desire to be successful, strong desire to motivate others
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
