Le ou la spécialiste du marchandisage visuel est responsable de veiller à ce que les stratégies de marchandisage visuel (MV) données par l’entreprise soient concrétisées et que les normes soient suivies. Exécute les changements de MV, y compris les activations de vitrine, les tenues de mannequins, l’affichage et la mise à jour des étiquettes, et les changements de marchandise hebdomadaires ou saisonniers ainsi que les initiatives et campagnes liées aux produits pilotées par l’entreprise, au besoin.
Communique avec les invités sur le plancher pour évaluer leurs besoins uniques, offre de l’éducation technique sur les produits et intègre les programmes multiplateformes à une expérience-invité harmonieuse du début à la fin.
Offre de la rétroaction directe et de la formation immédiate sur les normes de la marque, le placement de produits, et les techniques de présentation visuelle afin d’appuyer l’apprentissage et le développement des membres de l’équipe.
Les quarts de travail ont normalement lieu les matins, les après-midi, les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
De plus, pendant les périodes achalandées, les événements spéciaux ou d’autres circonstances, l’horaire de certains employés peut inclure des petits matins ou des soirées tardives/des nuits complètes.
De l’éducation ou de l’expérience en marchandisage visuel, en marchandisage de la mode, en design graphique, en design intérieur, en planification de l’espace ou dans un domaine connexe.
Éducation: diplôme d’études secondaires, formation générale ou équivalent ou éducation supérieure; formation ou diplôme en design ou dans un domaine connexe.
gestion de projets ou de processus, ou administration d’un aspect d’une entreprise commerciale.

Design visuel et conception stylistique: comprend la théorie des couleurs, la composition de la présentation visuelle et les techniques de présentation/placement, s’y intéresse et sait comment appliquer ces connaissances.
Le travail du ou de la titulaire du poste se fait en équipe, mais également de façon indépendante et parfois avec un ordinateur ou d’autres appareils techniques.
Rémunération et avantages sociaux Les offres de rémunération de lululemon sont axées sur une philosophie de paie selon le rendement qui récompense le rendement individuel de chaque personne et des équipes. 29 $ l’heure et est assujettie au salaire minimum de l’emplacement. Ce poste s’accompagne d’une prime d’objectif de 3 $ l’heure , supplémentaire.
