Esri Canada est à la recherche d’une ou d’un gestionnaire de compte pour son bureau de l’Ontario. Appliquez votre connaissance du secteur pour aider nos clients à résoudre leurs problèmes commerciaux grâce aux produits et aux solutions d’Esri. Nous recherchons une professionnelle ou un professionnel énergique et motivé.e qui sait dénicher les occasions d’affaires et vendre des solutions comprenant des logiciels, des services et de la formation. Sa cible est une clientèle variée provenant principalement du marché des services publics et des administrations municipales de l’Ontario.

La ou le gestionnaire de compte devra mener à bien les tâches suivantes :

  • Exécuter des stratégies de gestion de compte conçues pour faciliter l’implantation de solutions d’affaires au sein d’un portefeuille de comptes ciblés.
  • Aller chercher de nouveaux comptes et élargir les comptes existants par la vente de logiciels, de services, d’ententes d’entreprises et de programmes d’entretien.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les conseillères et les conseillers de la région de l’Ontario et d’autres services internes à satisfaire aux besoins des clients, à répondre aux demandes de propositions et à assurer la mise en œuvre réussie de notre technologie.
  • Tirer parti d’une connaissance de l’industrie et des relations établies pour comprendre les besoins complexes des clients sur les plans opérationnel et technique.
  • Conceptualiser l’automatisation et les améliorations avec les solutions d’Esri Canada (Esri, Cityworks de Trimble, Schneider Electric, Ratio.City, etc.).
  • Établir et faire progresser avec les clients des relations fondées sur la confiance et le respect.
  • Recueillir et analyser des données pour mieux connaître les besoins et les priorités des clients.
  • Gérer les mises à jour, avec exactitude et en temps utile, de l’information relative aux comptes et aux occasions dans Salesforce afin de fournir des prévisions de ventes mensuelles et de dresser le portrait des occasions à venir jusqu’à la fin de l’année.
  • Maintenir une connaissance des solutions de l’entreprise et de ses principaux partenaires, y compris les offres de services professionnels.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec le personnel interne et externe à tous les niveaux en représentant toujours l’entreprise de manière professionnelle.
  • Résoudre les plaintes et prévenir d’autres problèmes en contribuant à l’amélioration des processus.
  • Contribuer de façon constante à la rentabilité et aux opérations commerciales en cours de l’entreprise en développant, en recommandant et en mettant en œuvre des stratégies et des initiatives d’amélioration continue.
  • S’acquitter de toutes les tâches générales, de tous les projets spécifiques et de toutes les responsabilités assignées ou exigées par la direction régionale et la gestion de district, en temps utile et de manière professionnelle.

Formation, expérience et aptitudes nécessaires

  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial.
  • Au moins cinq ans d’expérience de travail avec des services publics et des administrations municipales dans un rôle de vente, de conseil ou d’exploitation.
  • Expérience dans le développement de relations commerciales avec les clients.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec toutes les équipes impliquées dans la réussite du client.
  • Être en mesure de se déplacer localement pour rencontrer des clients en personne si nécessaire.

  • Grandes aptitudes à communiquer verbalement et par écrit, doublées d’excellentes capacités d’écoute active.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en matière de présentation.
  • Ingéniosité, esprit d’analyse, adaptabilité, sens de l’organisation et aptitude à cimenter des liens avec les clients.
  • Bonne compréhension de l’utilisation des SIG dans le monde des services publics, des télécommunications et de l’administration municipale.
  • Entregent et aptitude à établir des relations.
  • Grand souci de la clientèle.
  • Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Grandes aptitudes en matière de négociation.
  • Haut degré de motivation.
  • Grande aisance à accomplir plusieurs tâches à la fois.
