Ce poste vous permettra d'améliorer vos compétences en matière de vente, de gestion des comptes et de communication tout en lançant votre carrière dans une entreprise au rythme soutenu et extrêmement gratifiante
Réaliser les meilleures ventes et offrir le meilleur service aux clients tout en démontrant sa connaissance et son enthousiasme pour les produits TTI.
Maximiser les ventes de produits TTI en présentant correctement le matériel du point de vente.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes, y compris le marketing, les superviseurs de district et l'équipe de vente de la marque pour partager les meilleures pratiques et soutenir les objectifs et les initiatives commerciales globales.
Contrôler les ventes hebdomadaires et analyser les résultats afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités et de comprendre la concurrence.
Initier et organiser des sessions de formation sur les produits en magasin, des événements et des démonstrations pour éduquer les associés du magasin, la direction et les clients.
Planifier et exécuter des démonstrations, des visites de magasins, etc.
Développer une connaissance approfondie du marché afin d'analyser efficacement le potentiel du marché et de communiquer les données relatives au marché de la concurrence.
Être légalement autorisé à travailler à temps plein au Canada et être en mesure de se rendre aux États-Unis.
Expérience professionnelle dans la vente au détail, la vente sur le terrain ou le service à la clientèle.
Vous devez être motivé, avoir l'esprit d'équipe et posséder de solides compétences en matière d'organisation, de planification et de gestion du temps.

Perform best-in-class sales and service to customers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, district supervisors, and brand sales team to share best practices and support overall business objectives and initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels closely, collaborating with key decision makers to ensure optimal product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Strengthen and maintain positive relationships with customers, Team TTI management, and our retail partners.
Monitor weekly sales and analyze results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition.

Initiate and provide in-store product training sessions, events, and demonstrations to educate store associates, management, and customers.
Plan and execute demonstration events, store walks, etc.
Develop primary knowledge of the marketplace to effectively analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data.
Legally entitled to work full-time in Canada and able to travel to the United States.
Validfullprovincial driver’s license and clean driving abstract required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
You should be self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
