The Regional Sales Manager plays a key role at VinFast Canada managing relationships with all dealers within their region. This role will have strategic responsibility in building partnerships with dealers, implementing operations and achieving sales growth.
Propose for approval and communicate dealer targets by identifying market sales opportunities
Provide consultation as required to support franchise dealers with the establishment of standard operating procedures, identification and realization of performance opportunities and with the implementation of new business development initiatives as introduced by Vinfast Canada
Work with the Canadian leadership team to continuously improve programs that impact dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
Assist the Network Development team in the identification, recruitment, on-boarding and management of new dealer partners within Region.
Provide recommendations to the Network Development Director and the Canadian executive management team for proposed dealership placement, standard of operations and more.
Ongoing interaction/collaboration with stakeholder departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Finance teams to develop, implement, and measure performance of Canadian dealers.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive work experience in automotive sales and marketing.
Experience cultivating relationships with Dealers/Dealer Groups and their executive teams.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Canadian executive leadership, internal stakeholders, peers, and external partners.
Executive presence, confidence, and enthusiastic attitude
Demonstrated leadership, team building and mentorship skills
Creative problem solver; Fluent in both English and French (written and oral)
