The Role We are looking for an Account Supervisor / Account Manager with a strong digital & integrated marketing background to join our team here in Calgary. We need someone who can be a true partner to our client, bring a fresh perspective and help to drive the work forward. This client in particular sits in a very competitive industry, requiring us to develop innovative marketing solutions to help the client maintain leadership in the category.

Our goal is to create integrated marketing solutions that allow brands to play a meaningful role in the lives of our client’s customers.

Develop a strong relationship with client, working with them daily to translate business and communication needs into digital and traditional executions with the help of various team members and disciplines (account executive, project manager, media, digital and creative).
Manage the annual marketing budget for the client’s portfolio while working with the leadership team and finance to ensure the accuracy of invoicing, budget control reports, and revenue forecasting.
Lean into the strategic side of the house, infusing your expertise within the digital and social space to influence the work and help to identify creative ideas in their infancy.
Understand the client’s business and marketing goals to help inform strong marketing communication strategies.
Leverage your expertise across various channels to help drive the work forward.
Develop strong relationships with agency counterparts on the Digital, Creative, Strategy and Production teams.
Build and manage relationships with team members and partner agencies that are working remotely and/or in various markets across the country.
Serve as an advocate and coach to the account team to help the day-to-day business run smoothly.

Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
~Experience creating marketing for digital and social channels is essential.
~ Experience or understanding of digital marketing initiatives and analytics considered a strong asset.
~ Experience with the agriculture industry considered an asset.
