Weins Auto Group is looking for a Licensing Clerk at Don Valley North Lexus . We know everyone needs a long weekend from time to time. We invest in your career with development and training opportunities
Maintain records, reports and inventory lists as required or requested
Maintain vehicle register as per government and regulatory guidelines
Co-ordinate licensing of vehicles, ownership transfers, etc. with the Ministry licensing office ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies
Perform any other duties, projects and administrative tasks as directed by management
Previous administrative experience (automotive industry would be an asset)
Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word, etc)
Previous experience with Reynolds and / or PBS dealership management systems an asset
