We are looking for a Technical Account Manager, who has worked in Managed Services/Cloud Solutions, to support our sales team and provide scalable solutions and recommendations to our clients. This is a key role and will be the bridge between our sales team and project team.
IT isn’t only our business, it’s our passion, and keeping our customers delighted is part of every call we take, ticket we solve, and network we deploy. Ability to demonstrate in depth technical knowledge, and be able to present the value, on the following technologies:
• Windows Server
• In depth working knowledge and strong technical experience with the strategic design and deployment of private and public cloud infrastructures.
· Working with technology products and vendor evaluation, selection, acquisition, integration and deployment processes, including partner program management (Cisco, Dell, SonicWALL, etc).
· Responsible for cost benefit analysis and proven ability to demonstrate value with respect to technology investments.
· Strong project management, technical writing, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions to non-technical clients
3+ years of experience as an infrastructure architect, solution architect or comparable role, demonstrating applied architectural experience, both conceptual and logical, in implementing complex technology environments.
· 5+ years prior experience in a senior technical role, demonstrating the technical design and practical implementation of complex infrastructure solutions in Small-Medium sized business environments
· 3+ years of experience with the design and implementation of a broad range of infrastructure solutions – server/compute platforms, high availability and disaster recovery design, n-tier infrastructure, security integration, database platforms, storage infrastructure, IT service management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Experience working at a Managed/Cloud service provider providing technical consulting to existing clients along with working with the sales team to provide technical recommendations for new business.
