Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at City South Pizza. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, managing kitchen staff, creating menus and recipes, and ensuring the quality of the food. The Chef will work closely with the restaurant manager to maintain a high level of food quality and consistency while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 2 Years experience, Secondary school education Cooking Diploma
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, recipes, and ingredients
  • Experience managing kitchen staff and ordering inventory
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
