Mercedes-Benz Boundary is currently looking to fill a position of a FinancialServices Manager.
- Abilityto obtain finance approval from lending institutions on all finance deals.
- Coordinatesecure financial sources to purchase finance papers.
- Knowledgeof selling products and insurances.
- Reviewingall paperwork regarding finance and cash deals to ensure title, lien,taxes and other related delivery documents are correct.
- Responsiblefor all rate inquiries.
- Maintainrecords of Finance, insurance files and prepare and submit necessaryclaims.
- Interviewingclients for credit applications and presenting insurance options.
- Reviewingmanufacturer warranty coverage with clients.
- Upgradingwarranty coverage (selling extended service contracts).
- Reviewingadditional protection options (such as environmental protection, tire& rim warranty, etc.)
- Preparingthe legal paperwork for vehicle purchases including Finance/Leasecontracts, lien searches, warranty certificates, etc.
- Communicatingpertinent information to sales consultants/managers as needed.
- Workingwith the Sales Management team to maximize profits on every sale.
- Trainingsales consultants on Finance Office products.
- Respondingto post-delivery customer inquiries such as warranty and loan payoutrequests.
- Otherduties as assigned by management.
All successful applicants must possess the followingqualities:
- VSACertification
- PreviousBusiness Office Experience
- Experiencewith One Eighty and ADP
