Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver iscurrently looking to fill a position of a  Delivery Specialist.

As a Delivery Specialist your goal is to create acustomer centered experience that goes above and beyond when deliveringpurchased vehicles at the dealership and looking after the process from salesto customer.

Your contribution:

  • Perform delivery paperwork
  • Coordinate with Financeoffice and arrange deliveries
  • Explaining features andbenefits of vehicle to customer at time of delivery
  • Inspect vehicles prior todelivery
  • Arranging accessories withParts Department/Customers
  • Offering re-delivery withcustomers
  • Follow up after delivery iscompleted to ensure no questions have arisen
  • Maintain and achieves thesales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management
  • Be enthusiastic &knowledgeable about the brand

All successful applicants mustpossess the following qualities:

  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Be extremely organized
  • Pay close attention todetail
  • Be self-motivated
  • Ability to workindependently and as a team
  • Previous AutomotiveExperience
