North Vancouver Nissan is currently looking to fill aposition of a Service Appointment Coordinator.
Reporting to the FixedOperations Manager/Service Manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible forcalling customers to make appointments. This person will ensure they accuratelyobtain all required information and enter into appointments, along withassisting Service Advisors when needed.
- Field phonecalls for customers making appointments.
- Enterappointments into system, check for open recalls, campaigns, and historyof vehicles then add to appointment.
- Enterappointment into PPN – PQIS prior to vehicle arriving at the dealership.
- Check SpecialOrder Parts list and call customers to make appointments.
- Call allno-show customers and remake appointments.
- Forwardrepair orders for proper dispatch to shop.
- Take care ofthe Service Loaner Fleet, ensure vehicles are clean and gassed beforegoing out to customers and make sure they get inspected and signed off onbefore they go out and on their return, ensure daily service loaner logform is completed.
- Callcustomers from special OP code lists.
- Callcustomers from open recall/campaign lists.
- Greetcustomers when Service Advisors are busy.
- Fill in forService Advisors when they are absent.
