Tecsys is a fast-growing innovator offering supply chain solutions to industry leading healthcare systems, hospitals, and pharmacy businesses to distributors, retailers, and 3PLs. We work with industry leaders to transform their supply chains through technology. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the industry landscape. 

Performance Measurement: 

Define and track key performance metrics related to partner enablement, ensuring the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs. 
Continuously assess partner knowledge, engagement, and performance to identify areas for improvement. 
Manage and update the CRM for the partner team by running weekly reports on partner matrix activities. 
Training Delivery: 

Orchestrating training sessions, workshops, webinars, and seminars for partners, both remotely and on-site as needed. 
Creating and managing status of training initiatives, certifications, etc. and ensuring follow through with relevant partners throughout all stages of the process. 
Content Development: 

Create high-quality partner training materials, including presentations, guides, playbooks, and videos. 
Develop engaging and interactive training modules that cater to different partner roles and levels of expertise. 
Manage/communicate the marketing strategy for the partner portal, ensuring it has the most relevant information. 
Responsible for keeping the public website updated. 
Relationship Building: 

Adapt strategies and content based on changing partner needs, market dynamics, and business goals. 
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Proven experience (5+ years) in partner enablement, channel management, sales enablement, or a related role within the technology industry. 
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 
Analytical mindset and ability to analyze the commercial value proposition. 
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and measure the impact of enablement programs. 
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with partners, internal teams, and executive leadership. 
Proficiency in using enablement tools, learning management systems (LMS), and content creation software.
