Our platform is used by tens of millions of consumers and businesses to complete hundreds of millions of payment transactions each year.Who You AreWe are seeking a Product Manager who has product expertise and guides success in the development and improvement of a product or product line, and supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. The Product Manager is responsible for planning and making strategic decisions throughout the product lifecycle, including: researching and prioritizing product and customer requirements, helping define the product vision and roadmap, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and customer support to ensure successful produce release and that customer satisfaction goals are met.ResponsibilitiesManage and own product lifecycle activities from concept, to design, development, testing, deployment, roll out, support, and finally product end of lifeAlign vision and collaborate with stakeholders in the execution of the productTranslate the business roadmap into sizeable initiatives/epics and provide guidance to business analysts to gather feature level requirementsMaintain product backlog and ensure prioritization of epics after analyzing business needs and functional dependencies from all the projectsWork closely with delivery managers and product owners to plan product delivery and guide the team as neededCreate, update and deliver the product roadmap: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, adoption and return on investmentLead training and Product/Feature demonstrations for internal and external audiencesAnticipate changing business needs and recommend changes to the business teamMonitor the market and develop competitive analyses to deliver continuous improvementsIdentify opportunities and areas for improvement within the Product team and organization and execute on those opportunitiesEducation and ExperienceRequiredDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field1+ years of previous experience in a product development or management roleUnderstand business requirements and convert requirements into Jira User StoriesHelp with analyzing product featuresAssist in the scrum processAttention to detail and the ability to creatively solve problemsTechnical knowledge with experience in software development or solution designExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teamsAbility to create buy-in and lead teams without direct authorityAbility to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneouslyExceptional leadership and project management skillsPreferred:Experience working in an Agile development environmentKnowledge of BRD tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other similar toolsFamiliarity with APIs and SQL DatabaseSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not have any supervisory responsibility or direct reports.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
