| About the role

This position is primarily responsible for Member engagement of the Canadian branch routing directory, corporate creditor directory and CPA Services Network. This position drives the successful implementation and enhancement of the Canadian branch routing directory, corporate creditor directory, and CPA Services Network. This involves leading project pilots, collaborating with Payments Canada committees, and actively identifying opportunities to improve member experiences.

This is a temporary position for a 16 Month Term.

| What you’ll do

Responsibilities of the Senior Payments Analyst will include:

  • Coordinate and execute day-to-day operational activities; documenting processes and workflows and maintain activity records for audit trail purposes;
  • Research and respond to client inquiries, and assist in investigation and resolution;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project pilots with members. Oversee delivery of vendor and internal technology services;
  • Manage the work related to assigned Payments Canada task forces, committees, and working groups, including agenda management and act as Secretary or Chair, as required;
  • Monitor service delivery, quality and use, measuring and reporting against KPIs;
  • Monitor evolving customer business needs in order to propose solutions and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Draft and maintain internal and customer-facing system documentation, such as operational manuals and user guides;
  • Provide on-call support on a rotational basis, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up and reporting.

| Minimum Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a related field;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a system management, business administration, or business analysis related position;
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, vendors and business partners;
  • Experience in, or understanding of project management and service delivery principles. Ability to work outside of regular working hours based on operational requirements;
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation;
  • Occasional travel within Canada may be required;
  • Government of Canada Reliability clearance or eligibility to obtain ;

| Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer facing financial services role is considered an asset;
  • Committee management experience is considered an asset;
  • Broad understanding of network management is considered an asset;
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.

| Salary Range

  • Based on qualifications and experience: $93,637 and $117,046.
