This position is primarily responsible for Member engagement of the Canadian branch routing directory, corporate creditor directory and CPA Services Network. This position drives the successful implementation and enhancement of the Canadian branch routing directory, corporate creditor directory, and CPA Services Network. This involves leading project pilots, collaborating with Payments Canada committees, and actively identifying opportunities to improve member experiences.
This is a temporary position for a 16 Month Term.
| Responsibilities of the Senior Payments Analyst will include:


Act as the primary point of contact for project pilots with members. Monitor service delivery, quality and use, measuring and reporting against KPIs;
Post-secondary education in a related field;
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a system management, business administration, or business analysis related position;
Experience in, or understanding of project management and service delivery principles. Ability to participate in on-call rotation;
Experience in a customer facing financial services role is considered an asset;
Committee management experience is considered an asset;
Broad understanding of network management is considered an asset;
Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
