Location: Regina, SK Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentResponsibilities:Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.Welcome and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.Requirements:Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant, preferably in the oil and gas sector.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskMust have oil and gas sector experienceLegally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
