Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, focusing on attracting top talent in the energy sector.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., Proven working experience as an HR Specialist or HR Manager, preferably in the energy sector.
Deep knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Must have oil and gas sector experience.
