The Opportunity We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Office Manager / Bookkeeper who thrives on improving systems, not just maintaining them. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the organization — working closely with our Sales and Warehouse teams to keep things running smoothly, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure our financial and administrative processes are efficient and accurate. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Take ownership of customer inquiries, resolving issues independently with sound judgment. Identify recurring challenges and recommend process improvements to prevent future issues. Anticipate client needs and follow up proactively to ensure an exceptional experience. Purchasing & Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and make timely purchasing decisions without waiting for direction. Identify inefficiencies or discrepancies in supplier processes and propose or implement solutions. Streamline purchasing and inventory reporting for greater accuracy and speed. Administrative & Financial Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail. Identify opportunities to simplify administrative systems and automate routine tasks. Stay ahead of compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring deadlines are met proactively. What You Bring Proven ability to take initiative and solve problems independently. Strong decision-making skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Demonstrated track record of identifying and implementing process improvements. Excellent communication and organizational skills with minimal supervision required.
