This role will help cultivate the skills and expertise you need to succeed in all aspects of our business: sales, operations, finance and customer service.*Available Shift*: Monday - Friday_*Why Should You Work For Us?*_* Comprehensive Benefits 100% Company Paid (Medical, Dental, Vision, Health, AD&D, STD/LTD, Life Insurance) - FROM DAY 1* 3 weeks vacation, 5 wellness days* RRSP program* Great work life balance* Stable career* Family environment and company culture_*What you will do as a Rental and Service Coordinator:*_* Efficiently dispatch yard technicians and prioritize workloads to algin with customer expectations.* Approve work orders, review completed tasks, and conduct daily audits to ensure high-quality service.* Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document management, billing, and accounts payable/receivable functions; promptly scan and send invoices, retrieve work orders, and provide invoices or statements upon customer request.* Process inbound new units to maintain customer readiness.* Cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing customer relationships, providing solutions to local and national accounts.* Proactively manage and service incoming customer requests, schedule in-house repairs, and ensure minimal downtime for mechanics to maximize customer satisfaction.* Update the system with accurate inbound and outbound data related to trailer rentals and repairs, oversee the RTMI process, update rental agreements, and submit them to customers and the driver shunt log efficiently.* Oversee customer projects to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.* Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding equipment availability and downtime/uptime.* Build and nurture strong customer relationships, addressing any concerns or opportunities promptly and effectively.* Maintain a safe work environment and assist in managing safety policies and procedures.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed customer expectations._*Qualifications*_* 2-5 years of related work experience* Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in customer service* Confident, outgoing, empathetic, and self-motivated with a customer-first mindset* Excellent attention to detail* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high customer service standards*Please Note:* Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check if selected.
